Cyntha started her career in Texas where she was born and raised in the little town of Houston.   Upon moving to Austin, Texas selling condos to parents for their children to live in while they attended the University of Texas.

"I learned early what the values and investments in Real Estate could be and the advantages property ownership offered people. Before starting her career, her parents moved from Texas to La Jolla California, where she attended and graduated from La Jolla High School. Attended La Verne College for one year and then returned to Texas for a year at Texas Christian University

Cyntha has four children raising her children while she was busy selling Real Estate.

One day she hitched up the horses and packed the covered wagon with everything and headed West; stopping in Palm Desert, California, and learning more and selling more Real Estate.  This time specializing in single-family homes.  Life has many twists and turns and after seven years she landed in Southern Utah and truly fell in love with the mountains and loves the amazing Red Rock Mountains surrounding St George, the boundless wildlife, and nature.  Utah has given her many ways to enjoy life - skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and biking; best of all she loves the Starlite night skies. if you happen to love the Arts, well it's here also-
